"Bought this specifically for moving hay.
It does a great job. We store 100 pound bales and one person can move 3 at a time easily. However we stack the bales four high so I need to move 4 at at time. Addding that fourth bale makes the tires squat quit a bit and it is hard to tip it into the transport position. Since the hay storage floor is plywood I'm thinking of trying hard rubber tires. Also the platform is a little too deep and the bales are hard to get off the truck. We found that over tipping the bales works once we figured out the right angle the stack had to be to clear the base it worked fine. Over all this is the best tool we have found so far for our hay moving needs. "

"This is the first hand truck I've ever owned so I really have nothing to compare it to. However, it did the job I needed it to moving 500 lb. rocks into a trailer. It was a two person operation, but worked well. We did bend the extended bed, but it doesn't seem to affect the performance of the tool. It also worked well moving smaller rocks into position on a hillside. I'm grateful for the hand truck's help! "

"get one, this puppy will move stuff, not one of those little tippy jobs waiting to drop the fridge on your foot or fall over. The inflatable tires and long extension make the job easy. The unit is large, but almost has to be to get the job done. Is easy to handle though. For big furniture items, appliances, etc its the way to go. Big easy to grab handle......"
