POSITIONS
Lifting - neutral - lowering. Foot pedal is an added feature.
Neutral allows free handle movement when the truck is in motion. The handle
returns automatically to the vertical position.
The hydraulic system is the result of years of research and
development, including a load limiter that prevents premature wear resulting
from overloading. A special design of lowering valve permits gentle lowering of
heavy loads. No moisture can get into the unit and it is leak
proof.

| Atlas warrants this equipment, when used under normal operating
conditions excluding acid and alkali environments, to be of proper materials
and
first class workmanship. We agree to exchange, excluding labor, any defective
moving parts (bearings and wheels, and hydraulic parts, not including the
chassis) returned to us by prepaid freight within 12 months from date of
shipment. |

total purchase price less any applicable restocking fees and shipping/handling charges
to and from our facility.
Shipments via Common Carrier
Please inspect the shipment for any damage that may have occurred during transit prior to signing for the shipment. Once signed, the freight company will not take responsibility for the damage. If damage did occur please refuse the shipment, have the damage noted nn the BOL, take pictures and contact us immediately. We will not be able to replace a damaged item if it is not noted on the BOL.
