I've moved huge steam boilers, commercial water heaters, commercial refrigerators and commercial stoves with this hand truck without scratching a step. The small wheels dig into the ground if it has recently rained. We carry water heater boxes that help or the straps allow you to turn the hand truck into handles for whatever you are carrying. The small wheels are great for the toe or slight overhang on wood steps, where a regular hand truck would fight you by catching each one all the way up the stairs. Another feature is if you have a very heavy object and you need to get it onto a truck without a ramp, the hand truck then becomes your ramp to slide the strapped object right in. This is my first internet review I have ever made out of countless objects that I have purchased. I took the time to write this only because this is one of the most useful products I have ever purchased as it has literally saved my back time and time again.
