parts of the frame are designed to snap together without the use of hardware or

"Needed light weight and this truck delivered. The toe plate was steel and over half the total weight. I cut 6 inches off the plate and the truck now perfectly delivers what I need, a light truck for my wife's oxygen concentrator and other outside the house health stuff."
