Hi, Just thought I would take a moment to tell you how very pleased I am with my Sr. Aluminum Convertible Hand Truck, I am a very skeptical person by nature (Structual Engineer) but after looking over your product very carfully I would rate it with 4 stars! Even the UPS man that delivered it waited while I unpacked it and commented that they (UPS) did not have anything as nice and it's their business to handle items! Once again thank you for a "better than described" product!
